About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Dutch market
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance software based on customer feedback
- Improve customer experience and streamline internal processes
- Identify upselling opportunities and potential partnerships
- Strategically plan and implement projects to drive growth and innovation
Requirements
- C2 Dutch proficiency
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B customer service or customer success
- Technical background, such as industrial engineering
