About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact and business partner for a dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Achieve retention and sales goals measured monthly and quarterly
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with customer and company goals
  • Manage escalations relating to contract questions and negotiations
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast
  • Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and improve adoption
  • Document client interactions to drive retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, sales, or account management
  • Proven ability to close deals and oversee end-to-end renewal processes
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Interest in the PE / VC marketplace
