About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by growing existing customer accounts through value-adding products and solutions
- Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across the allocated customer portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level decision-makers
- Develop and execute annual strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and align with commercial objectives
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasting across multiple opportunities
- Structure, negotiate, and successfully close commercial agreements
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of LexisNexis products, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded within the CRM system
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Account Management and Relationship Management roles
- Demonstrated success in solution-based and consultative selling methodologies
- Experience managing territories and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional proposal and presentation development
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving targets in a quota-bearing environment
- Experience in legal, SaaS, compliance, risk, or software services sales is highly preferred
