About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by growing existing customer accounts through value-adding products and solutions
  • Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across the allocated customer portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level decision-makers
  • Develop and execute annual strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and align with commercial objectives
  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasting across multiple opportunities
  • Structure, negotiate, and successfully close commercial agreements
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of LexisNexis products, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded within the CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Account Management and Relationship Management roles
  • Demonstrated success in solution-based and consultative selling methodologies
  • Experience managing territories and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional proposal and presentation development
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving targets in a quota-bearing environment
  • Experience in legal, SaaS, compliance, risk, or software services sales is highly preferred
