Account Manager Ready Mix

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers
• Drive account sales to meet market mix targets set by the company
• Negotiate customer agreements to achieve optimal unit selling prices and profitability
• Manage customer expectations regarding product ordering, delivery, credit agreements, and payment terms
• Compile and analyze market information to validate or suggest changes to market mix targets
• Update monthly sales forecasts and participate in future project bid developments
• Adhere to all company requirements for pricing, quotations, and expense management
• Maintain strict adherence to all CEMEX and O.S.H.A. safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• Basic understanding of technology including Access, Excel, Word, and Windows
• 3 years of related sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
