Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from website, ads, and referrals
• Conduct lead qualification to understand prospects' financial needs
• Book meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
• Re-engage warm leads who have not yet booked meetings
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies
• Monitor performance metrics including call volume and conversion rates
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Proactive and results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
• Interest in financial services or wealth management
• SIE, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, or CFP designation
