Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from website, ads, and referrals
- Conduct lead qualification to understand prospects' financial needs
- Book meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Re-engage warm leads who have not yet booked meetings
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Monitor performance metrics including call volume and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
- Interest in financial services or wealth management
- SIE, Series 7, Series 65, Series 66, or CFP designation
