About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and own a portfolio of corporate clients including Norwegian companies and strategic partners
- Identify and win new customers through targeted sales activities and market follow-up
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial agreements for accommodation, meetings, conferences, and events
- Plan and execute customer meetings, hotel tours, and networking activities
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to implementation and relationship development
- Participate in tender processes and contract negotiations with national and international clients
- Analyze market trends and translate insights into new sales opportunities
- Work structured in CRM to manage pipeline and sales activities
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry networking events
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or business development
- Documented results in sales and ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English (written and oral)
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education (relevant experience may compensate)
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales follow-up is an advantage
