Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders to provide strategic data-driven solutions
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets
• Create Tableau dashboards and visual reports to communicate data insights effectively
• Manage and process large-scale data using AWS Redshift and SFDC CDP
• Lead and mentor a team of 20+ consultants and senior consultants
• Automate and optimize scripts for recurring reports to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure data normalization, ETL processes, and best database practices are followed

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience with relational databases (RDBMS)
• Proficiency in AWS Redshift for cloud-based data warehousing
• Strong experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding
• Background in ETL workflows, data mining, and statistical analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
• Experience in Fashion Retail or Lifestyle Products industry is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Experience with Salesforce Customer Data Platform (SFDC CDP)
• Experience handling online and offline point-of-sale (POS) transaction data
