About the role
Responsibilities
- Call and approach users of Nha Tot to introduce, create demand, and consult on products
- Handle customer objections and complaints flexibly and skillfully
- Listen to feedback to interact deeply, record, and support issue resolution to close sales
- Manage and care for assigned target customer segments
Requirements
- Experience in Telesales preferred
- Skills in approaching, deep communication, consulting, and persuasion
- Fluent and pleasant speaking voice
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working with CRM systems
