About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact and approach Nha Tot users to introduce and consult on property products and services
- Handle customer rejections and complaints flexibly and skillfully
- Listen to feedback, record issues, and support resolution to successfully close sales
- Manage and nurture assigned target customer segments
Requirements
- Telesales experience with skills in approaching, consulting, and persuading customers
- Fluent and pleasant speaking voice
- Proficiency in computers and Office tools
- Experience using CRM systems
