Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 40 to 60 accounts responsible for renewal and expansion revenue
  • Co-manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansions and renewals
  • Develop deep understanding of customer goals to position Profound as a must-have partner
  • Build organizational maps of agencies to expand relationships and impact
  • Build and manage a pipeline of renewals, cross-sells, and upsells against revenue targets
  • Lead commercial conversations including executive business reviews and negotiations
  • Forecast with precision using CRM data and pipeline management best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of SaaS experience in account management, renewals, or expansion sales
  • Specific focus on agencies and agency partnerships
  • Track record of exceeding commercial targets and quota-carrying experience
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
