Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 40 to 50 accounts responsible for renewal and expansion revenue
- Co-manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal
- Develop deep understanding of customer goals to position Profound as a must-have partner
- Build and manage a pipeline of renewals, cross-sells, and upsells against revenue targets
- Lead commercial conversations including executive business reviews and negotiations
- Forecast with precision using CRM data and pipeline management best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Engagement Managers
Requirements
- 3 or more years of SaaS experience in account management, renewals, or expansion sales
- Track record of exceeding commercial targets and quota-carrying experience
- Strong consultative selling skills for leading discovery, demos, and business reviews
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills for complex deals and procurement
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills for stakeholder management
- Highly organized and data-driven with strong pipeline discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
