Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 40 to 50 accounts responsible for renewal and expansion revenue
  • Co-manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal
  • Develop deep understanding of customer goals to position Profound as a must-have partner
  • Build and manage a pipeline of renewals, cross-sells, and upsells against revenue targets
  • Lead commercial conversations including executive business reviews and negotiations
  • Forecast with precision using CRM data and pipeline management best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Engagement Managers

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of SaaS experience in account management, renewals, or expansion sales
  • Track record of exceeding commercial targets and quota-carrying experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills for leading discovery, demos, and business reviews
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills for complex deals and procurement
  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills for stakeholder management
  • Highly organized and data-driven with strong pipeline discipline
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
