Account Manager - Produit Swile Travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze your sector to implement development and cross-selling strategies
• Manage a portfolio of accounts by conducting follow-up meetings and responding to client inquiries
• Present and demonstrate products to highlight key features and benefits
• Negotiate and close contracts to ensure mutual benefits for Swile and the client
• Oversee the technical deployment of solutions in collaboration with CSM and Product teams
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to expand your professional network
• Conduct competitive intelligence within the business travel industry
• Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with clients

Requirements

• Deep expertise and knowledge of the business travel industry
• Proven experience in B2B field sales and account management
• Ability to engage and influence C-Level stakeholders (HRD, CFO, Procurement Directors)
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, advanced Excel, and Slack
• Highly organized with a proactive, team-player mindset
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
