About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Post-Acute Care customers within the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Palm Springs territory
  • Prospect and cold call to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Conduct business reviews and deliver consultative sales presentations to providers
  • Maintain effective agreements and secure product distribution for medical supplies and equipment
  • Partner with senior representatives and leadership on complex accounts to drive growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional sales experience
  • Proven success selling to long-term care, home health, hospice, DME, or wound care providers
  • Established knowledge of the Post-Acute Care market in the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Palm Springs region
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (subject to a 7-year MVR check)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field strongly preferred

  • Experience in healthcare distribution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with public speaking
  • Self-motivated and organized with a team-oriented mindset
