About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers in the Portuguese market to increase satisfaction and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular video calls and proactive communication.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth within your assigned portfolio.
  • Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer retention.
  • Monitor and report on customer trends, potential weaknesses, and product improvement opportunities to enhance the user journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, ideally within an online support environment.
  • Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong interest in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A digital-first mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new technological tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to empathize with clients.
