About the role

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the growth and adoption of small business accounts
  • Uncover new opportunities from existing customers and target accounts
  • Build deep relationships with your portfolio to provide value-based solutions
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and visibility on sales and revenue performance
  • Conduct warm handoffs in partnership with Account Executives
  • Act as a product expert to drive value through setup and application

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of CX/CS experience with revenue closing experience
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology industry
  • Experience in account management, driving product adoption, and identifying at-risk customers
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing work environment
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Consultative problem-solving approach
