About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage revenue and reservation growth across a diverse book of business in the Japanese market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with studio owners and wellness partners
- Drive partner retention and adoption of new ClassPass products through regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Prospect and sell new studio, gym, and wellness partners to expand the ClassPass geographic footprint
- Monitor market trends and supply health to identify opportunities for inventory availability
- Act as the local voice for partners, escalating market nuances to the country leadership team
- Utilize Salesforce to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or business development with a track record of high performance
- Strong negotiation skills for managing both existing and prospective accounts
- Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to execute tactical project plans
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Based in Tokyo, Japan
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
