About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own expansion across assigned customer families by building whitespace maps and account plans
  • Run internal product demos to highlight additional modules and lines of business
  • Generate and qualify leads within customer corporate groups and secure warm introductions
  • Lead the full sales cycle for expansion deals including discovery, proposals, and commercial negotiation
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with users, managers, executive sponsors, and procurement
  • Establish governance cadences such as QBRs and EBRs aligned to customer KPIs
  • Partner with Customer Success for onboarding and surface product feedback to the Product team
  • Collaborate with Marketing on references, case studies, and webinars

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Account Management or Enterprise Sales
  • Experience in B2B SaaS preferred
  • Proven track record of expansion and cross-selling in multi-entity accounts
  • Strong consultative selling skills including value/ROI storytelling
  • Ability to navigate InfoSec, legal, and procurement processes
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent relationship-building and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with insurance carriers, MGAs, or underwriting workflows
