About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for high-value transactional accounts to drive sales growth and profitability
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to provide tailored solutions and foster long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver complex, customized offers that maximize value propositions
- Conduct market analysis and maintain accurate sales data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Execute advanced commercial plans, including innovative distribution and promotional strategies, to optimize market penetration
- Deliver persuasive presentations to senior customer audiences to support high-impact sales activities
- Monitor sales initiative performance and implement data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with vocational education
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong background in Sales and Business Development
- Experience working within a B2C environment
