About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven territory strategy to drive sustainable growth.
  • Identify market opportunities, whitespace, and growth vectors within the pharma and biotech sectors.
  • Own territory performance, including revenue, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy.
  • Build and expand multi-level relationships across customer organizations and navigate complex decision-making environments.
  • Deliver consultative, insight-led engagements to position integrated solutions across instruments, consumables, services, and software.
  • Lead opportunity strategy from qualification through close, managing complex deal cycles with precision.
  • Partner with Technical Sales Specialists, Application Scientists, and Service teams to deliver coordinated solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of professional sales or commercial experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare industries.
  • Experience with capital equipment and/or solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with Flow Cytometry and laboratory environments.
  • Experience engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
