Account Manager Pharma and Personal Care

Responsibilities

• Actively advise and support customers within the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries
• Acquire new customers and manage technical relationships with existing clients
• Lead sales discussions from initial contact through to contract conclusion
• Develop and implement customized, solution-oriented cleaning and disinfection processes
• Conduct professional presentations and customer training sessions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Corporate, Distribution, and Business Development Managers

Requirements

• Natural science education or a relevant university degree
• Proven experience in technical product sales or manufacturing environments
• Strong technological understanding of industrial manufacturing processes
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• A sales-driven, consultative mindset with a structured approach to work
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
