Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of longtail accounts in the DACH region
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Travel and Spend solutions
• Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support for inbound queries
• Identify and act on growth opportunities including expansion, upsell, and retention
• Cross-sell between Travel and Spend products to maximize customer value

Requirements

• Native or advanced level of German
• Fluent English
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Basic commercial acumen and ability to identify growth signals
• Eagerness to incorporate AI and technology into workflows
• Ability to work in-person 3 days a week in the Barcelona hub
