About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical, commercial, and strategic anchor for the peripheral vascular region to drive therapy adoption.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in peripheral and endovascular interventions to scale therapy across strategic accounts.
- Develop and articulate compelling clinical, operational, and economic value propositions for senior decision-makers.
- Design and scale patient pathways and inter-hospital referral networks to ensure sustainable solutions.
- Support complex clinical activity, including proctored cases in high-acuity environments like cath labs or ORs.
- Mentor and coach Associate Account Managers to raise execution quality and decision-making capability.
- Maintain disciplined territory management, accurate reporting, and high-quality documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or therapy development.
- Proven experience in advanced or acute clinical settings (e.g., endovascular, cath lab, OR, ICU, or emergency care).
- Expertise in peripheral vascular and endovascular therapies and hospital workflows.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent commercial and clinical experience.
- Ability to travel 70-80% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Ability to work in radiation environments and handle equipment up to 20 kg.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics and reimbursement environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior clinical and executive stakeholders without formal authority.
- Proven success in strategic account management and multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement.
