Account Manager, Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities

• Act as a clinical, commercial, and strategic anchor for the Peripheral Vascular business in Austria
• Drive therapy adoption and develop sustainable patient pathways across high-impact accounts
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in peripheral and endovascular interventions
• Develop and articulate compelling clinical and economic value propositions for senior decision-makers
• Support complex clinical activity, including proctored cases in high-acuity environments like cath labs or ORs
• Mentor and coach Associate Account Managers to raise execution quality
• Manage territory strategy and maintain disciplined reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of medical device sales, clinical support, or therapy development experience
• Proven expertise in peripheral vascular and endovascular therapies
• Experience working in acute clinical settings (e.g., cath lab, OR, ICU, or emergency care)
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
• Ability to travel 70-80% of the time, including overnight stays
• Ability to work in radiation environments and handle equipment up to 20 kg
