Account Manager - People Solutions (Employee Benefits)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the service experience leader for client teams, supporting the implementation of employee benefits strategies.
• Oversee the servicing of a designated book of business regarding marketing, claims, and administration.
• Develop financial models and reports for clients, providing interpretation and strategic recommendations.
• Provide expertise in strategic planning, including the production and analysis of coverage plan changes.
• Analyze carrier quotes and interpret policy terms to ensure adequate coverage for client exposures.
• Participate in negotiations with carriers for new and renewal quotes.
• Mentor and train junior-level staff and Account Analysts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of client services experience.
• Proven experience within the brokerage industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft as needed.
