Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a large pool of existing client relationships to identify emerging business needs
• Proactively expand relationships to maximize retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
• Perform outbound outreach including cold calls to drive commercial outcomes
• Design and execute multi-channel strategies to reach large customer segments
• Drive retention and cross-selling initiatives through customer insights and market learnings
• Build success stories, case studies, and business reports to showcase impact
• Lead educational initiatives such as webinars and workshops
• Own the end-to-end commercial process including demos, proposals, and negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
• 2+ years of account management, sales, or business development experience
• Expertise in developing business cases and financial modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present business cases to key stakeholders
• High level of organization and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound environments
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Familiarity with the payment industry, ERP, invoicing, and reconciliation tools
• Proven track record working with international clients
• Experience selling B2B solutions in a consultative manner
