About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact between field sales, production, and technical departments
  • Validate CAD data and orders to ensure technical feasibility
  • Manage the entire process from calculation to final offer, ensuring appropriate margins
  • Oversee project timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with customers and internal teams
  • Handle complaints diplomatically to secure key accounts

Requirements

  • Technical degree or commercial vocational training
  • Proven B2B sales experience in an inside sales role
  • Passion for and knowledge of additive manufacturing
  • Strong rhetorical and negotiation skills
