Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closing and follow-up
• Present solutions based on customer needs and business operations
• Work closely with product and development teams to create optimal customer experiences
• Work structured in CRM and follow the established sales process
• Contribute to the team's and company's common goals
• Represent Parkster at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within tech or software solutions
• Experience working structured in CRM and following a clear sales process
• Ability to work independently towards both activity and result goals
• Communicative and relationship-building approach
• Strong ability to build trust and long-term collaborations
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
• German language skills are a merit
• Academic education or equivalent experience is a plus
