  • Drive customer growth and retention through strategic account management

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, customer account management, or customer success
  • Experience in a software startup background
  • 1+ years of managing customers or working in a closing role
  • Experience with targets focused on customer retainment and growth
  • Outbound prospecting experience
  • Proven track record of top sales performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Venture Capital or Finance roles
  • Currently working at a VC-backed startup (Series A-D)
