Responsibilities
- End-to-end set up of paid social campaigns across relevant social platforms
- Perform regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure best practice standards
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and troubleshooting to optimize results
- Produce detailed weekly and monthly campaign performance reports using Microsoft Excel
- Write performance commentary providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients
- Support the delivery of high-quality work in collaboration with line managers and Global Hub teams
- Manage workload and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow mandatory agency finance processes for prompt invoicing and payment
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of paid advertising across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to manage client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
