About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned retail clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Manage and mentor a Senior Account Executive, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative and analytics to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns
- Strong expertise in paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with retail clients in clothing or homeware sectors is a plus
