About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid search activity
- Manage and develop Account Executives in the UK and Global Hub
- Oversee performance, quality control, and workload delegation for the team
- Implement processes to maximize operational efficiencies and identify improvements
- Collaborate with teams to implement and optimize paid search campaigns
- Manage client and supplier relationships to act as a trusted advisor
- Ensure timely optimization and adherence to service level agreements
Requirements
- Experience line managing people, development, and workload
- Deep Paid Search knowledge with current Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications
- Proficiency in bid management and platforms like Google Analytics, GMP, SA360, or Adobe
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of digital marketing strategy
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Google Data Studio or similar reporting platforms
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
