About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid search activity
  • Manage and develop Account Executives in the UK and Global Hub
  • Oversee performance, quality control, and workload delegation for the team
  • Implement processes to maximize operational efficiencies and identify improvements
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Manage client and supplier relationships to act as a trusted advisor
  • Ensure timely optimization and adherence to service level agreements

Requirements

  • Experience line managing people, development, and workload
  • Deep Paid Search knowledge with current Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications
  • Proficiency in bid management and platforms like Google Analytics, GMP, SA360, or Adobe
  • Strong data analysis skills and understanding of digital marketing strategy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Data Studio or similar reporting platforms
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
