About the role

About the Company

PactFi provides secure, end-to-end, operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. Our web-based application brings together all parties involved in such a transaction to more efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage funds flow, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of private credit clients, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and joint business planning sessions to connect product capabilities to client investment objectives.
  • Own the full post-sale client lifecycle, driving product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor client performance and health metrics proactively to address risks and surface opportunities.
  • Build and maintain account plans reflecting client strategic priorities and key stakeholders.
  • Use data and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize portfolio outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, investment banking, or consulting within financial services.
  • Proven track record managing senior-level relationships with institutional investors or asset managers.
  • Experience operating in a post-sale capacity, owning client outcomes after sales handoff.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to account management.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with private credit markets, alternative investments, or investment data and analytics platforms.
