Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales objectives
• Drive territory sales and margin growth within the West Baltimore, MD territory
• Retain and renew current maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction
• Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities
• Conduct sales planners and needs assessments to inform account targeting efforts
• Partner with the branch business development sales team to identify new opportunities
• Use CRM tools to effectively track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting
• Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to refine solution sets

Requirements

• 2-4 years of outside sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management sales
• Experience in HVAC sales
