Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales objectives in the South Florida territory.
• Retain and renew current maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction.
• Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities.
• Conduct sales planners and needs assessments to inform account targeting and expansion efforts.
• Partner with the branch business development sales team to identify new opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to effectively track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
• Assist with customer concern resolution in collaboration with Operations and Service Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of outside sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft-based computer software.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management sales.
• Experience in HVAC sales.
