About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales objectives
- Drive territory sales and margin growth within the assigned geography
- Retain and renew current maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction
- Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities
- Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to inform account targeting and expansion
- Partner with the branch business development team to identify new opportunities
- Use CRM tools to effectively track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting
- Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics to internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Must have a personal vehicle for territory travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical computer software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
