Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive client relationships to ensure strategic recommendations and creative deliverables are met
- Manage day-to-day client needs, align team expectations, and address inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present strategic and creative work
- Support the creation and execution of strategic programs that drive brand messaging and solve business challenges
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand assignments and increase agency revenue
- Mentor and motivate junior-level staff to promote a culture of learning and professional development
Requirements

- 5-7 years of work experience in a healthcare marketing environment
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead and inspire teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting unique perspectives and ideas
- Ability to build trust and credibility with internal teams and senior agency staff
