Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active briefs from intake through delivery, ensuring projects meet agreed SLAs
• Build strong working relationships with marketing stakeholders as a proactive day-to-day contact
• Use OMG system to raise, track, and close briefs while maintaining up-to-date project status
• Partner with Integrated Project Managers in Mexico City to coordinate production milestones and dependencies
• Support the preparation of weekly status reports and QBR documentation
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, creative scope, and delivery
• Review briefs for completeness and clarity before routing to creative and production teams
• Track and flag scope changes, version control issues, or resourcing risks

Requirements

• Experience in account management, client services, or project management within a creative or marketing environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction
• Proactive, solutions-first working style
• Familiarity with project management systems such as Workfront, Asana, or similar
• Understanding of creative production workflows in a multi-channel environment
• Comfort working with multi-location teams and remote collaboration
• Interest in AI tools for enhancing account management and creative workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with higher education or healthcare marketing
• Proficiency with Pencil or AI-assist features
