Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior client lead, building trusted relationships with Brand Directors and senior marketing leaders
• Partner with clients as a long-term strategic adviser for brand and marketing strategy
• Lead and line manage senior team leads across social, creative, strategy, production, and content
• Manage the studio's P&L, forecasting income and tracking commercial performance
• Identify opportunities to expand the studio's scope and increase value to the client
• Oversee resource planning and allocation across workstreams
• Guide the adoption of Gen AI tools and workflows within the creative studio

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant agency experience in client services or account leadership
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ people
• Track record of managing senior client partnerships at Brand Director or VP level
• Experience working with large FMCG or beauty and personal care clients
• Strong commercial management skills including P&L responsibility and forecasting
• Professional proficiency in English
• Understanding of Gen AI capabilities in social content and creative production

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading social-first or content-led studio operations
• Multi-market or global account leadership experience
• Background in creative, strategy, or production roles
• Experience with transformation programmes or embedded agency models
• Familiarity with social analytics and data-led decision-making
