About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for a book of existing law firm clients across the East Coast
  • Drive client interactions to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, aiming for a net retention target of 120%+
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure exceptional client service
  • Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for product enhancements
  • Track and analyze KPIs and product usage to formulate relationship management strategies and territory planning

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in account management or customer-facing roles
  • Specialization in B2B solutions for small to medium sized law firms
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and forge business partnerships
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings throughout the East Coast territory
  • Experience with Salesforce
