About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for Octus’ subscription relationships within the buyside sector
  • Manage key client interactions with a focus on expansion opportunities and subscription renewals targeting 115%+ net retention
  • Collaborate with customer success to deliver excellent client service and customer experience
  • Coordinate with the product team to identify opportunities for product and platform enhancements
  • Track and analyze KPIs and product usage on accounts to determine relationship management strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, renewing, upselling, and cross-selling solutions to the buyside
  • Experience in credit and leveraged finance
  • Ability to build relationships and business partnerships to meet net retention targets
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
