About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for subscription relationships within the buyside, sell side, advisory, or legal sectors
- Manage key client interactions with a focus on expansion opportunities and subscription renewals targeting 115%+ net retention
- Collaborate with customer success to deliver excellent client service and customer experience
- Coordinate with the product team to identify opportunities for platform enhancements
- Track and analyze KPIs and product usage to determine relationship management strategies
Requirements
- Experience in an account management role renewing, upselling, and cross-selling solutions to buyside, sell side, advisory, or law firms
- Proven success in hitting quota and retention targets
- Strong ability to build relationships and business partnerships
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce
