About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact new customers via telephone, email, and meetings
- Build trusting customer relationships and identify recruitment needs
- Tailor solutions for each client and act as an advisor in the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure clients receive the right candidates
- Negotiate agreements and manage follow-up, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably B2B
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Interest in recruitment, business, and relationship building
- Experience working structured in a CRM system
- Valid driver's license (B)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultative sales or working within recruitment/staffing
- Background in sports or other performance-oriented environments
