About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance and explore growth opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve partner inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Sales Acquisition and Operations teams for partner onboarding
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs to implement improvement plans
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners
  • Cross-sell NCR products and monitor ROI for partners
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and performance using CRM software
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
