About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance and explore growth opportunities
- Provide ongoing support and resolve partner inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Sales Acquisition and Operations teams for partner onboarding
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs to implement improvement plans
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners
- Cross-sell NCR products and monitor ROI for partners
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and performance using CRM software
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
