Responsibilities

• Actively review and reach out to existing sign-ups to convert them into paid advertisers
• Handle all aspects of client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities for account management
• Provide proactive account management to optimize advertiser performance and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and contribute to scalable solutions
• Utilize knowledge of ad server technology and event tracking to troubleshoot and support clients

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in account management or client services in digital marketing or ad tech
• Proven track record of growing account revenue and developing custom media strategies
• Knowledge of the apps industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability in sales and converting leads into clients
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and ad server technologies
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
