Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients for Forex trading services
• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Advise clients on Forex products, trading platforms, and market opportunities tailored to their goals
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective clients
• Educate clients on trading risks and assist in developing sound risk management strategies
• Stay updated on global economic events and market trends to provide timely insights
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs while reporting regularly on performance
• Coordinate with internal research, marketing, support, and compliance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within Forex or financial services
• Strong understanding of Forex markets, technical analysis, and risk management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
• Proficiency with Forex trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret market trends and economic data to support client decisions
