About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for communications related to data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
  • Oversee requests concerning the data lifecycle and data consumption to ensure timely delivery of insights
  • Act as a coordinator to facilitate collaboration between data teams and stakeholders
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics
  • Conduct client meetings to review performance and gather feedback
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in IT solutions
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive growth
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings
