About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for communications related to data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Oversee requests concerning the data lifecycle and data consumption to ensure timely delivery of insights
- Act as a coordinator to facilitate collaboration between data teams and stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics
- Conduct client meetings to review performance and gather feedback
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in IT solutions
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings
