About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee Key Programs and ensure Program Managers meet objectives and deliver customer value
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer experience and program effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership teams, providing regular performance insights
- Mentor and develop MSX Program Managers to foster a culture of continuous professional growth
- Track and analyze program metrics to identify improvement areas and ensure all targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program innovation and success
- Resolve program challenges and issues to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in a similar role with a proven history of exceeding revenue targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, including service lane processes and fixed operation performance drivers
- Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously and meeting daily client requirements to exceed KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making and guide direct reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or data analytics
- Experience in business transformation delivery and change management
