About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Key Programs and ensure Program Managers meet objectives and deliver customer value
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer experience and program effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership teams, providing regular performance insights
  • Mentor and develop MSX Program Managers to foster a culture of continuous professional growth
  • Track and analyze program metrics to identify improvement areas and ensure all targets are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program innovation and success
  • Resolve program challenges and issues to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in a similar role with a proven history of exceeding revenue targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations, including service lane processes and fixed operation performance drivers
  • Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously and meeting daily client requirements to exceed KPIs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making and guide direct reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or data analytics
  • Experience in business transformation delivery and change management
