Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Key CX Programs to ensure Program Managers meet objectives and provide customer value
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer experience and program effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and provide regular performance insights
• Mentor and develop MSX Program Managers to foster a culture of continuous professional growth
• Track and analyze program metrics to identify improvement areas and ensure targets are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program innovation and success
• Resolve program challenges to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years in a similar role with a proven history of building cohesive teams
• Experience running multiple programs simultaneously and meeting daily client requirements
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and professional judgment skills
• Ability to develop presentations and communications for executive audiences
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
