About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver joy to assigned accounts with revenue accountability of $1M-$3M per year
  • Develop strategies to meet client business objectives and support projects from beginning to end
  • Define account plans, KPIs, and translate requests into clear briefs for internal teams
  • Build and refine client presentations, strategies, and concepts
  • Oversee client paperwork including service agreements, SOWs, and invoices
  • Conduct quarterly planning and review sessions with key clients
  • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in client service at a creative agency
  • Experience with brand marketing at large consumer brands
  • Understanding of social media marketing (organic and paid)
  • Experience working with national or global client and partner agency teams
  • Proven experience nurturing client relationships and account growth
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with top-level executives
